John (Jack) Bucchioni's Biography:

Yes, a proud Delawarean by choice since 1971, he advocates the greater good for all coastal Sussex citizens without hesitation. Jack is that guy (News Article Here)!

Delaware State Senate candidate John (Jack) Bucchioni Is actively running to represent the present coastal Senate 6, which includes portions of the Dewey, Lewes, Milton, and Rehoboth Beach areas.

A graduate of Maine-Endwell Sr High School (New York), he earned a bachelor’s degree in secondary education majoring in history and political science from Bloomsburg (University of Pennsylvania) while on a football scholarship. His summer schedule was highlighted with living and studying Oceanography at the University of Delelaware Lewes campus until changing majors.

First a school teacher,  he then completed his masters degree and became an adjunct professor at Binghamton (University of New York). Jack moved on to enter the private sector eventually owning and operating various mid-market international consumer product companies. After multiple LBOs, one IPO, and consolidating 37 mergers and acquisitions, he retired in his mid 50s.  He since has been a repeat speaker/ panelist  and international student  MBA mentor for the Wharton School, University Of Pennsylvania.

Bucchioni first entered Democratic Party public service via various elected and appointed positions in Delaware rising up and finishing  his recent elected term on the Delaware Statewide  Democratic comittee of 25.  He is best known for his grass roots work as a fierce advocate for the local residents of Sussex County, Delaware.

Jack, in 2018, started up a new media company to help amplify ordinary Delawarean everyday plights.  Today, This company has a viewing audience averaging 68,000+ viewers per talk show.  Blue Coast Talk is now an award winning OTT streaming visual and audio broadcast platform recognized by the Delaware Press Association in the 2020/2021 Delaware web, podcast, and social media areas.

Jack has a stong history of community volunteer service and paid positions to selectively include:

* The Milton Lions Club. *The Lewes Post 17 American Legion *The League of Women Voters *The Sussex Heath and Environmental Network (SHEN) *The Beau Biden Foundation. and the *St Jude Catholic Church. *A guest lecturer/panelist at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania for international MBA students * An "on-air" guest host for the QVC television network. * and elected National USA President of the NAFC (National Assn Of Fundraising Companies).

Jack, and his wife Linda, have three children and 5 grand children. Linda and Jack have lived in postal Milton for over a decade; Jack first arrived in Lewes in the 1970s working out of  the University of Delaware College of Earth, Ocean, and Environment Campus.
